Lost My Personal information.

Good day i write this letter very very angry. i lost a phone and a purce on the 17/09/2020 at Mr price Gezina gallery at 16:45 inside the store,i asked for the footage they say they dont have cameras inside the store how?Mr Price staff are *****s...today i dont have an id no cards.i still go to Mr price and ask if the is nothing found they have an attitude to say its lost i have to accept it.i even tried to call the head office they dont pick up their calls.Hope ill get justice from this .
