Lost customer

Lost a customer unfortunately. I tried to return something today. I will be 100% honest and say that the pants had a little dust and dog hair on them as they had been sitting in the Mr Price bag in my car. The lady noticed and I said I would use a roller to remove the lint - the tag and everything was still 100% intact as the item has of course never been worn since purchased. I would NEVER return something that has been used. She said it was okay and was about to do the refund then noticed a thread (which I had never seen as I've never worn them) and pulled on it and accused me of having worn the pants and trying to return. Perhaps this happens and people are dishonest and return used goods but I would never nor have I ever done anything like this. Not a good look making false accusations.
