Lost Card Protection R 6,50 - CLOSE OFF THIS ACCOUNT

I feel 1 star is not even worth giving! I've been trying to get a hold of somebody anybody from Mr Price to discuss why my account has not been cancelled. On 19 August 2020 I received a statement for an amount R 2 367,78, I then paid R2311.00 on the 19th. On 29th September 2020 I received another statement of R90.25 which was the balance of my previous statement and "protection plan". I then sent proof of payment immediately to Mrprice ***; and ***. Till date NO RESPONSE and I received another statement for Lost Card Protection R 6,50 PLEASE REMOVE/CREDIT THIS NONSENSE AND CLOSE OFF THIS CARD. This is ********* and will take the matter to the consumer tribunal IF NOT RESOLVED!
