LOST APPLICATION WITH ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION

My colleague and I went to Mr Price clothing to open an account on the 18/02/2016. On the 19/02/2016 my colleague received confirmation that her account has been approved. I received nothing. So yesterday the 25/02/2016 I contacted the Headoffice in order to find out what is happening with my account. Dwane told me that there has been no application received. Immediately I was upset because I knew something was wrong. Sonto the manager from Mr Price Sandton City contacted me a couple of times to apologise. The reason why I am so upset is because you fill in all your personal details (EVERYTHING), ID number, address, mobile number, salary, ect. What upsets me the most is the fact that my personal details with 3 months bank statements are MISSING. YES, NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!! How would anybody feel if ALL your person details is SOMEWHERE?? How disappointing... An apology is unfortunately NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Find my application and I will be happy. What will Mr Price do to make this up to me? They lost 1 customer, but why should they care because I am only one person. Unless this is resolved, I will not shop there again... EVER!! And I will ensure everyone knows about \how much they care\"."
