Losing belongings in the store

Seems People are losing their belongings in Mr Price Botshabelo Mall. My sister went to the shop yesterday. She had her 2 phones with but only left the shop with 1. She was assisted by the employee in the shop, she put the other phone on the side while taking the picture with another 1. When she left she forgot the other phone. She did not go far but returned when she realised the phone has gone and there were no flow of customer but the phone was missing. yes we admit that you not responsible for your customers goods but are they safe when they are in your shop. She asked to see a cctv and they said it is not available. So my sister's phone just went AWOL in Mr Price store and no one can account for it.

You are going to lose customers if things that go missing in this store is not accounted for.
