longest exchange process of my life!

I have been going back and forth with Mr Price jhb cbd kerk street for the past 3 weeks just to exchange a jacket! they keep telling me come tomorrow and every time i go they tell me they can't help me yet because they haven't opened the boxes in the store room. its almost a whole month now and this is really frustrating, by the time they help me it will be summer #sigh
