Long wait -- and then no product.

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered a racket on the 4th of March, by the 9th when I try to track it, it changed to ready to ship. On the night of the 9th it changed to SHIPPED. By the 11th I was told its on its way, it should arrive soon. On the 12th I was told sorry for the delay, but it should arrive early in the next week.

On the 16th I was told it was only given to the couriers on the 15th of March.

Rest of the week, I was told they will follow up on the couriers....but got no new feed back.

By the 23rd, I received a mail, that my order was delivered, but I received NOTHING!!!! When I asked where my product is, they said they will follow up on the courier.... And again no feedback since????
