Lodging a Complaint on bad customer service.

I have never felt so disrespected and ill treated like this in my whole entire life of shopping with Mr Price, Ulundi, to be specific. Today I went to buy a pair of boots I found on display, when I get to the tills, the cashier argues with me, claiming the boot is hers and I can't have it. I asked what was her boot doing on display, she gave me attitude. I asked for a manager, who helped defuse the situation.

Here's the disheartening part, she takes the very same boots and throws them at me, the customer, I asked why she did that, gave a lame excuse. I'm very disappointed at such service and would like to report this and please do follow up on the matter. I'm not happy one bit. I've been crying it hurts to be treated this way. I'm a paying customer for crying out loud.
