LISTED ME AS A MISSED PAYMENT FOR R52.22 AFTER FREEING THE ACCOUNT

If i could rate Mr Price Money 0 stars I would, I paid of my balance with them of R6000 on 15/11/2025.Today I get a notification from experian advising me that they listed me in Nov 2025 as I had a missed payment .The balance is R52.22 on this account ! This impacts my credit profile negatively for the next 6 years ! for R52.22????? the customer care division is rude and *********** . They were no help when I queried this . They cant even give me an explanation or assist in any way . Mr Price , contact me immediately before i take this matter further . I want this issue resolved and they must go to the credit unions and correct this mistake, DO NOT OPEN A MRP account
