I recently had the most horrific service from MRP Fourways mall, I was treated like utter **** by the store supervisor and then worse by the store manager yesterday who dropped the call on me whilst i was speaking to her. However throughout everything there was one person who remained calm and remained service driven, that person was Marius. I dont believe my issue has been resolved, but this morning i wanted to take the time out to thank Marius.
