Lies, theft and no service

I would like to express my deep concern and frustration with regard to my order placed on the 20th of May 2020. The order status changeed to shipped on the 26th of May. I then contacted customer care as no order was delivered. They advised the order was lost and i will be refunded. To date i havent recieved a refund yet i am being charged interst on my Mr Price money account for this. For tthe past 2months I've had to pay interest on items ove never received. Whats more frustrating s that nobody responds to emails and waiting on the call centre surpasses an hour. Thia is really nonsense and beyond poor service. I can go as far aa saying its theft because thats exactly what it is. ORDER NO. ***
