Lies about delivery date

I ordered clothes for my son for his birthday on the 23rd of December 2018 and delivery date was supposed to be on the 28th at Janefurse crossing since we were spending our holidays there , I still have not received the parcel and I am going back to PTA on the 1st of January 2019, who's going to collect them? Why didn't they stick to the delivery date promised? I even paid R35.00 for a speedy delivery. I am really disappointed with this service and hurt that I could not spoil my son with his clothes on his birthday ?? I feel like the option to speed up the delivery is just a money making ****!! Because you just pay for nothing actually.
