I was at Mr price centurion mall on 20/12/2020 to return some items, according to the store receipt: Mmashika (MMLEB)( her name tag was vice versa) assisted me. I had to ask for my new receipt, she told me that I don't get any receipt for credits. I was surprised because I gave her a receipt for the items that I was returning, it did not make sense to me to walk out of the shop without a receipt that shows credit to my account. I asked if this is a new rule, she said yes. I would have understood if I did not have my original receipt. but I had a receipt in this case. she gave me my receipt eventually with an attitude!
