<p>I was called by one of the Mr price agents asking if I would like a SIM card, no charge she says unless you use it. I asked her numerous times and she promised no charge. It's in my drawer never been opened and now I see a charge on my fully paid up account. I was going to keep my account open but now I would prefer to close it. This charge better be removed from my account. I want to find out how I can listen to my call (as all calls are recorded) as I would like to find out exactly who the person is who **** to me. </p>
