Levid with Mr Price

I am not happy with the service i am recieiving from Mr Price, When Covid began 2020 almost everyone suffered and felt a financial knock i made an arrangements with Mr Price to pay a certain amount on my account, and i would do so regurlarly with out fail, i would get a call asking if i would pay the same amount and agreed. upon checking my credit report is shows that i have missed payments for over a year which is not true, i have paid my instalments according to our arrangement. this is reflected on my credit score i tried to get Mr Price to rectify this with no assistance. this year i missed my normal instalment for 3 months due to issues i brought forward to them, they then worked out a settlement offer for me, and i was supposed to pay everything up in 2 months of which i did. but still my credit report says i missed the two payments, i fail to understand because i recieved a call that payments were recieved. i even went ahead and asked them for a paid up letter, still i recieve no response. what does Mr Price want from me honestly. this entire process is messing up my entire credit profile.
