Its not often that we get the chance to give positive feedback, when it comes to exceptional service, I would like to thank Lerato Maumakwe, from Mr. Price Keywest:- On 03/11/2020, I went to Mr. Price for a few purchases, unfortunately my transaction went through twice, I was advised to wait for 2 days for an automatic reversal, this did not happen, today 06/11/2020 I went back to the store where the Manager Abigail as well as Lerato assisted me, not even 15 minutes later, I walked out cash in hand, and beyond grateful for the efficient manner in which my query was handled, props to everyone at Mr. Price Keywest.
