lazy or uninformed staff

I went to mr price last week to purchase a boot. My size was not on shelf so i asked a staff member if they have more sizes in stock and was told no...whats on the shelf is all they have. I then tried several other outlets, but they also didnt have my size. Today i went back to tyger valley for another purchase and just tried my luck by asking the lady at the till if she could check on their system which store perhaps has my size. To my surprise she says they have 4 pairs my size in stock! I asked by when the stock would be unpacked and they cannot tell me. Saying everyday they unpack and theres so many boxes so they cannot promise anything. I said i would like the boot by tomorrow so can someone please adopt the matter and check so i can know. They just go on talking amongst each other. No urgency. I feel like just another number as my contact details were simply just stappled into a rather messy book. It was as if im giving them unnecessary work. Nevermind my time and petrol it took having to go to other stores while they were probably just too lazy to check. Very frustrated and many colleagues experienced same service at this store.
