Lazy and *********** customer service agents from Mr Price!

The customer service when calling Mr Price is absolutely disgusting. The first lady I calling put me on hold for 3 mins which is ridiculous. The second time I called this guy pretend to not here me over the phone. Very lazy agents and horrible services for online shoppers. I just wanted to know when will my order arrive because the track system is below average and inaccurate!
