Lazy agents at Mr Price (No) Support Centre

Whatsapp Customer Support: From 8 this morning I have been trying to get my account linked to the app. The agents keep resolving an unresolved query. With the last agent, Noxolo, she kept trying to resolve the query despite me telling her it was not resolved. After much persistence from my side and telling me to try again in a few hours she figured what the problem was but we were then faced with the app not allowing me edit my details, I asked if she could assist and she said she's WAIT FOR IT...resolving the query. I said it is not resolved and can she please escalate to someone who would assist and GUESS WHAT...she resolved the query. The matter has still not been resolved after hours of laziness by the multiple agents "ASSISTING" me.
