Laybye

Your employees are very unprofessional yesterday the 25th i went to Mr Price in Tygervalley to do a laybye. When i went to pay i was told that the system is offline so they will keep the clothes i can come back tomorrow. So today i went to your store only to be told that they could not find the clothes. This is ridiculous because it was your fault in the first place that i could not pay because of your systems. Now i must start again even though i was promised that they will keep the clothes. This is pathetic and your staff did even try to call your manager or to look proper. I am so disappointed with your service
