Lay-by worst experience
It's been a couple of months and Mr Price hasn't done anything about the issue we have experienced. I wouldn't recommend anyone because even after you have experienced issues with them even their managers no one has come back to us.

No one has made contact with us till now. Are you still investigating the matter?
We have had people call us apologising but with no solution, this is not the first review. All we want is 10% of what we spent and everyone keeps saying they will get back to us.
What is the big hold up? we spent over R5000.00, with a big mess spent hours at Mr Price when they had lost our lay-bye why is it such a mission now for you guys to meet us half way.
A proper investigation should be done so you will see how much time we spent at Mr Price Kids Eastagte. We even asked for a footage but nothing was provided because there are no cameras.

So nothing will be done regarding this?
I have been waiting from last year for someone, somewhere to call and make this better but no on has done that.
It is so sad that a store as big as MR Price does not care about their clients, so when we are unhappy and not satisfied no one will assist and make this alright?
