Lay-by that got lost

I made a lay-by of R3900 at Mr price paid of it in full on the 8th of July have all the proof slips and emails .so the day I made the last payment the Till Assistant had me paying first and when she went to collect the lay-by where they keep them she couldn't find it waited for like an hour , so she asked me if she can call me when she finds it ..I left the store did my grocery still waiting for their call of which I didn't get So I went back still they couldn't find it , they phoned the then Manager told him of what happened he was to come back to work the following day and try and resolve my issue..so while in that process looting happened..long story short till now I haven't got my lay-by case solved, Why? Mr price say it's because on their side it's shows that my lay-by is out of the system of which it's not my fault and they don't have any other proof if my story is true or not but there is one lady that remembers my story and the then Manager knows my case ..all this happened at the Mr price in Empangeni Sanlam centre..the Assistance that helped with the last payment also can confirm my story and everyone that was in that day problem is they were all dismissed after the looting reason why I don't know but they keep telling me that when ever I try and enquire about my cased ..
