Me and my partner went to Mr Price Kids in Eastgate Mall end of April 2024 almost a month later end of May 2024 we went back to collect clothes and pay them, but they couldn't find our clothes, we are disgusted by the negligence and no one is taking accountability, they only found 4 items out of 29 items we bought
The store manager Charity refused to call the OP's manager she told us straight she wouldn't call because he/she has knocked off, from what we know they are always available for as long as the store is still operating and they close at 9pm during the week
We have been here for over 3 hours and it seems like they are not concerned.

30 Oct 2024, 11:02It is so sad that even when we have spent over 5k the voucher you want to give us is R200, you can't even give us 10% of what we spent.
We spoke to few people even to date no one has made arrangements in calling us back, they all went silent on us.
