Lay-by

I made lay-by last today when I went to the store they made wait for almost an hour, when I asked that's when they told me they're still looking for it, after 20 minutes again I asked they told me that there's only 1 person who's working at the for order bêre in mind we were almost 7 of us waiting. The management was no where to be found
