Late/No delivery

This is now the second time that mr price has disappointed me, the first time was when I ordered two items, paid via EFT and I received a payment confirmation from my bank but still to this day I have not received the order and that was last year, recently I ordered an item on the 3rd of April, it normally takes to days max to be delivered but I still have not received my order. I need that item for the coming weekend.
