Late Opening

Good Day,<br> <br> Today, I went through to Maponya Mall, Mr Price. I got into the mall at approximately 08:50, as I approached the Mr Price doors, I saw a couple of staff members sitting around waiting to be let into the shop. So I took a walk, to waste the 10 minutes that I got there early. I would have assumed that the manager would be there before the staff members to open up and allow everyone to set up before THE CUSTOMER gets there.<br> <br> So, I stood there, waiting and waiting and waiting. Eventually, I decided to leave after waiting for about 20 minutes after the shop had to be opened because every other shop in the mall was opened except the one I needed.<br> <br> Now, I visited this very same shop on Friday afternoon, and bought 2 items (probably my mistake because I was shopping in a hurry) but the items I bought were dirty. I don't understand how items can be sold to THE PUBLIC, in this condition. This being the reason I came to Mr Price this morning to return the items purchased.<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed in the overall standard I have seen by Maponya Mall in just over 2 visits.
