Late delivery for the third time

This is the third time that I have ordered "Express delivery" which is 1-3 days, but I don't get my goods within those 3 days. I would suggest that Mr Price don't put the option for 1-3 days delivery, if they cannot comply with it. Why do i pay more for express delivery, when i don't get express delivery. The second time this happend, I informed Mr price of it and all they could say is that there orders are delayed because of black Friday, that was at the end of November, but still they gave you the option of express delivery. They then just payed me back my delivery cost, which was not the issue. The issue is that there are reasons people choose the express delivery and they expect and plan around the delivery date, but then the goods are not delivered.

The last time i went to check if my parcel arrived at the shop yet, the delivery guy just walked in and said that he would have gone back to the warehouse with the goods because he was running late???? Which means that i would have had to wait another extra day.

I am really not impressed. and would just like Mr Price to remove the option for express delivery from there site, until you have sorted out your dilemma with your express delivery.
