Late Delivery and all goods not delivered

I purchased a few items online on the 24th November 2017. My account was immediately charged. I waited two weeks and have not received my goods which was supposed to be delivered 2 - 3 days. When i call Mr Price online i get excuses that the warehouse did not have two items that is the reason why the goods were not delivered. Apparently an email was sent to me telling me that the two items were shorted. I did not receive any emails. Then when i called again they said the goods have left the warehouse and will be delivered to me. The apparently could not credit my account with the two items until i received the other goods. Eventually they deliver the parcel to my home instead of my chosen work address. Then when i get home i opened the parcel only to find that there was only one item in the bag but everything else was invoiced. I immediately called the call center and spoke to one of the consultants who apologized and said my account will be credited first thing in the morning. i go online the next morning to check and nothing was done. I call the call center again then another lady said that she will call be back as according to the warehouse everything was delivered, but when i spoke to the lady the day before she said on the system it shows that everything was shorted except the sandals. I am still waiting for the call and my account was still not credited. This is pathetic service and i have been charged for something two weeks ago that i have not received. I do not understand what is so difficult. A customer has not received the goods, credit the account. Very Very unhappy.
