Late delivery

I placed an order online *** and paid for it on 18.5.2015 it was said that the order will be delivered to the chosen store within 6 working days. Today is the 7th working day and no delivery has been made yet. When I call On The Dot they refer me to Mr Price and when I connect online (on Mr Price website) the agent Cohut always tells me the same story, delivery will be done, but every time the time frames differs. I wast just busy talking to this agent and suddenly while still in communication he/she cut me off from the online chat. This is completely unacceptable. I need to find out where my parcel is and have it delivered today 27.5.15 still. I always shop online and in store and have never had this type of experience before.
