Late Delivery

<p>I ordered things online on Monday and selected the 1-3 working days delivery and paid for it. I waited until Thursday afternoon to receive my order but nothing was delivered around 15:30 pm, I phoned the call centre and they told me that my order was to be delivered by 5pm on Thursday and bear in mind that this was the 3rd day and the deadline for delivery. I knocked off at 4pm and left a message with the receptionist to look out for the delivery. I was really disappointed to find out the next mornong that it was not delivered , they only delivered it around past 8 in the morning. They need to refund me back the R45 delivery fee because they delivered after 3 days, they inconvinieced me.</p>
