Last time I order online

I recently ordered some items from your online facility. Last Wednesday, the status of my order was changed to "Ready to Ship". It's been that way for the past week. Today, while I was at work, I received a call informing me that the courier is at my house with my MR Price package. Of course, I didn't know that they would be delivering my package today because my order doesn't have any tracking information. It's just stuck on "Ready to Ship". Can someone please fix this?

This is not the first time that I've had issues with your online shopping and orders.
