Lack of verification and putting customers at risk

Mrp allowed someone to open an account using my ID number, I have been following up and sending emails with an affidavit that I had to leave work to go and write at the police station. My credit is on the line and they keep sending me around. This was a lack of proper verification from their end , that someone was able to open an account with some one else’s ID number. So disappointed regarding this action that is now putting me in such high risk
