Lack of Service & Courtesy

Your customer service on chat sucks. I have multiple times initiated a chat, I wait forever for an agent and when they do reply, they don't give me the courtesy of waiting for me to reply- they just end the chat. This morning is even worse because I sent a screenshot of my query to them, and instead of reading it and replying accordingly they closed the chat because I didn't reply.
