I placed an order nearly months ago and I am aware that while we are still under lockdown and my order not being essential it might take longer to be delivered than expected. I sent a query more than a month ago requesting for a refund, no response, I decided to be gracious and ask that you credit my account as opposed to refunding me with still with not a single response or acknowledgment. I politely asking that I be assisted in having the money for order number *** be credited to my MRP account in the fastest possible time.
