Lack of feedback

I ordered on the 31st October but still order not received. It is still saying shipped and yesterday i was told it would be delivered but nothing came. Lack of feedback/ response/ wrong information to online enquiries is upsetting. The least that the company can do is to advise if there are late deliveries expected within the area. we are paying after all for the clothes and not asking for charity.
