Lack of customer value

I opened an account last year and on the form indicated that it be 6 months interest and not 12 months, I don't know whether the consultant changed the request but I initially ticked \6 months"however I have been noticing after purchases that it's 12 months and this makes me unhappy from day 1 I was told they can change it back to 6 months and just have to call in"
