Lack of customer service

I came to Mr Price Walmer to open an account. However when I asked for assistance from TWO sales associates, they both told me that the lady that opens accounts, as well as these two associates, are on lunch and are unable to assist me. Thereafter, they told me to go to the point-of-sale and ask for assistance and that "maybe they can help you". I am so upset at the lack of service as I was not even helped for the very thing I came for due to "lunch breaks". It is one thing to be referred to other people, but it's another thing when you can tell that someone does not want to help you .
