Lack of customer service

Very disappointed in the service I received from Tshidiso (TSPUL) at the Klerksdorp City Mall branch today. He was impatient and sarcastic when I asked him to explain. He really needs some training when it comes to customer service, and he needs to drop his smug attitude.
