Lack of Customer Service
After 9 days nunerous phone calls to call center. Visits to the shop absolutely no feedback and no money. I contacted Mr P on Messenger on Monday and was told that the area manager would contact me shortly. Its Tuesday already and no communucation whatsoever.

Absolutely rediculous. Not even an apology. Really you should look ay traini g for your staff. Especially those in Atlantis.
