Lack of compassion and medical care due to their Negligence!

On 31 March 2022 I was shopping at the Retail park branch of Mr Price. A "reduced to clear" sign dislodged from a high hanger rail and it me on my head. The wound did bleed somewhat. Although wound sight looked superficial I felt Dizzy and light headed within minutes. I was shopping with my daughter and her best friend. This obviously caused concern for my daughter. The assistant store manager was very helpful in administering 1st aid. I completed an incidence report and then went to Dischem as i was concerned about being dizzy. The Sister at Dischem was also concerned about the dizziness and advised i go to a doctor. Which i did. My Doctor requested that i go for a CT Scan. I advised Mr. Price, their Branch Manager and their Regional Manager that i am NOT on medical aid and that i can NOT afford such a costly procedure. This matter was apparently referred to the Underwriters. Today 12 days later and i still am experiencing dizziness. Mr. Price clearly does not care about their consumers or the consumers safety.
