Lack of Communication and Bad Service.

It is with grade sadness that I'm typing this message. However I received a statement from Mr price after Informed them I'm no longer working to due to Retrenchment. This happen 4 days before the National Disaster took place. I tried to call the customer careline but not winning at all. Due to this lockdown I am unable to go to a branch because of this lockdown. I need help please.
