Khutso Wonderpark Branch: Worst floor consultant ever!

Went looking for mere hairpins for little girls at the Wonderpark branch today. Couldn't find them so I asked one of the floor consultants named Khutso If they have them. She dismissively said "look over there". Wrong answer and certainly unhelpful tone. She went on to argue with me after I asked her what happens if I cant find them knowing that I already checked. I specifically asked if they do or don't have them and a simple yes/no would have sufficed. She continued to argued with me that she doesn't know and doesn't work in that department. We went back and forth to the point I asked for her name. My word, this lady litteraly blocked her name and flat out refused to give it. I asked her colleague and she too wouldn't give out the name until another consultant called it out. Such terrible service for a simple thing!
