Yesterday I was unable to do an online purchase with the available payment methods on the website and then made a payment via my banking app with the order number as reference. Then I contacted Mr Price and although I was disappointed by not getting a response and felt like I wasn't receiving the assistance I needed, I see now that my order is being processed.
