Kate, from Mr. Price, The Reef. You gave me such a disheartening shopping experience.

I am very disappointed in how an employee from Mr. Price was interacting with me at the till in front of other customers.

I am always shopping at Mr. Price as I love their fashion and their teens. I went as far as applying to be one of the faces of Mr. Price a few years ago. That is how much I believe in the brand. I was always shopping at either Eastgate Mall or at the Mr. Price in Johannesburg CBD, at Kerk street before the one at The Reef opened in 2019.

I am constantly shopping at The Reef at Black Reef Road in Dinwiddie as I literally live next door to the shopping center. In fact, the whole family shops there. I have been shopping there for years now and I have never experienced such in my entire shopping career as I am genuinely a very nice person.

Mr. Price head office, please discipline a lady by the name of KATE, she thought that she was going to get away with her nonsensical behaviour. I even have my daughter that I was standing in the Que with as a witness of what occurred. I know that this won't be escalated the way Woolworths escalates their matters nevertheless, I am also in Sales and I have worked in retail before, your attitude was just uncalled for. Yes, it was almost time to close the store however, you never treat a customer the manner in which you treated me. You even went as far as gossiping and laughing out in my face with your colleagues who were working in front with you.

I will definitely be escalating this matter as you embarrassed me not only in front of the other customers but in front of my daughter as well as your colleagues.
