Their service is pathetic I made 2 online orders the beginning of July which were suppose to be delivered on the 14th due to unrest my orders were kept with the courier company, I contacted Mrp for them to change the store where I'll collect my orders 5 of their consultant advised me it can't be done I have to wait for mrp west street Durban to open and they are not sure when it will open it could be next year they don't know.

I asked how is that fair on me as a customer because I bought those clothes for my neice for winter she doesn't have anything to keep her warm, so one consultant assisted with changing the store and I was advised 1 order will be delivered at mpr the wheel last week Friday. I never got the order and I queried where was my 2nd order the consultant(Preneshen) I spoke to was very rude and closed my query without assisting me. I then contacted them again and got through to Preneshen again I asked why he/she closed my query without properly assisting me and I will be complaining about this, I requested for a manager to contact me, he/she advised I'm more than welcome to complain but I'll have to call in and not complain on their whatsapp contact number.

I called in but was directed to their whatsapp number for assistance, so for Preneshen to tell me to call in knowing very well I will be directed to use their whatsapp for assistance is really upsetting he/she was running away from assisting me. My query is very simple my orders were with the courier company when looting started they were not at the store all they have to do is advise the courier company to change the store to another store that is currently operating, I can NOT wait till their west street branch open because they also don't know when it will open. This is not fair on me as a consumer, I paid for those 2 orders I don't owe mrp anything, imI'm very disappointed in this store and I'll never buy there ever again.
