*** ,Horrible service mixed with ******s

I am really angry and disappointed with the service I received at Mr. price mall of the south I went there to do my shopping and I saw Foam mule (sliders) displayed with R119 each and R60.00 each when you buy two and there were two colors the brown and beige color and when i went to the till the cashier said its scan R119 each even when they scanned both i then ask the cashier to go see where I saw this price then they also confirm called the manager/supervisor to authorize but the supervisor refused we were arguing until he said yes but wanted me to take the same color which also did not make sense as i wanted tow different colors same size and they were both on the section of take two for R60.00 OR take one for R119.00 and he still refused then two ladies at the store also came in and said i am wrong what i saw was not for the mules i saw and i kept on showing them the board that showed the price . according to my understanding i was supposed to get them as it was on that price and they had to deal with the staff member that put the incorrect price even the cashier that assisted me could see what i was talking about. i left the shop with one pair and i wanted two pair and they said they do not care if i want to log a complain i can do that as they will not assist me they also know their rights

i am asking what rights , if i see a price on the item i need i am suppose to pay that price not otherwise.

also for me on this one the skin color was also looked at , i wanted the items with the price i saw on the price tag but that did not happen and they kept on saying i can log a complaint and no one will assist me.

the name of the supervisor was Magoro Mapholoba who was super dude

the ladies apparently are the assistance manager and a supervisor their names are : Noma Mazibuko and Nothando Mthethwa which all of them were not wearing their name badges and refused to provide me with their names i had to fight to get the names .

I need those mules with two for R60 each and also actions to be taken against those staff members as their service was horrible .
