just get back to your customer/customer feedback

my order was kept back for a R10.00,mr p did not send any notification what so every i had to follow up. And now am told one of the items are out of stock and i will be refund with a voucher ? this does not make sense . oh and i filled in a contact form on line asking about the order on Tuesday and no one got back to me ............ you kept my order back for a R10.00 like am a first time customer and now you telling me ill get a refund as an item is now out of stock ........of sorry a voucher to buy from you again lol this service is getting worse by day.
