Jackie your call centre agent/consultant has a disgusting attitude!
Dear Mr Price. Please note that I will payoff my account with you and close it and never to ever consider you in future because you have a call centre agent with an disgusting attitude by the name of Jackie. She's full of nonsense and lack customer orientation; fails to handle difficult client and lacks the ability to follow up queries and carry it through until it is resolved. I queried on the 02/09/24 and when I follow up today all she gave me was attitude filled with arrogance. YOU SHOULD GET RID OF SUCH PEOPLE IF YOU WANNA KEEP CLIENTS, I FOR ONE AM OUT!
