JABULANI MALL MR PRICE MANAGER

<p>good day </p> <p> </p> <p>Am writing again about a different Mr price after my bad encounter with the Mr Price in Market Street. Today I went to Jabulani Mall to Pickup my online order. But because today i had a few minutes to spare and could wait for the order I decided to go off work to fetch my order, but unfortunately when I got to the store I was told that I needed to stand in a looooong line to get my orer. I would like to know what is the point of me spending my time and data online if I am still expected to waste more time at the store in a long line, I am very disappointed. Because I have never expereinced such at any other MR Price, so I dont know if maybe the store in soweto has its own rules due to that demographic or are the staff undermining our rights and knowledge of online shopping.... I feel like Mr Price staff dont apply the same policy and we end up as client suffering for this internal control process.... Please advise whats the process to follow when I pick up my order at the store </p>
