item out of stock and still no refund or voucher Order #*** - On Hold

I bought items from Mr price the 24th November and since our Ware House packs the items and ships it off to clients, I have soon realised even before my items was delivered that one of the items was non - fulfilled " not in stock. When the items was delivered I logged a query on the website and have never received a response till today.

I have the same day when the parcel was delivered and the person I spoke to advise that they will refund me with a voucher however the parcel status must first show a delivered status on their side. Nothing has happened so far- no voucher no emails, no calls.!!!!!

I have since called the call centre and my call got dropped earlier, which I eventually called again and still cannot get through

This BAD service and I want my voucher soonest and or someone to give me a call and or respond to my mails!!!
